Upholstered Furniture Warranty

At Leisure Lounge, we take pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our furniture. Every piece is built with care and designed to last — and we stand by that promise.

15-Year Structural Frame Warranty

We guarantee the structural integrity of the internal frame of all our upholstered furniture for a period of 15 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or workmanship relating to the timber frame
• Structural failure due to normal residential use

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Damage resulting from exposure to moisture, flooding, or water
• Infestation (e.g., wood borer, termites)
• Commercial use or relocation-related damage

Please note: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and with valid proof of purchase.

Foam & Cushion Warranty

The comfort of your furniture is just as important to us as its longevity. That’s why we offer the following warranty on our foam and cushion fillings:

• Foam Warranty:
We offer 1 to 2 years of coverage, depending on the type and density of foam selected. Higher-density, premium foams carry a longer warranty. This covers loss of resilience or flattening beyond what is considered normal wear and tear.
• Stitching Warranty:
All stitching on upholstered items is covered for 2 years under normal use conditions.

Please keep in mind:

• Foam and cushions will soften over time — this is a normal characteristic and not considered a defect.
• Improper use, overexposure to moisture or heat, and lack of care may void the warranty.
